Synapse-7™ Sovereign Vault

A cloud estate you own outright.
UK-locked. Exit-ready.

Most cloud migrations hand you a bill and a dependency. The Sovereign Vault hands you the keys — a Zero-Trust estate built in code, with data residency enforced at the platform level and a Continuity Codex that means any team can take it over the day you choose. Fixed fee. No lock-in. That is contractual.

Four principles. No exceptions.

Every Sovereign Vault is built to the same architecture. These are not aspirational guidelines — they are the conditions under which the estate is built. Any deviation requires a documented exception, signed off by both parties before work begins.

01

Built in code

The entire estate is defined as infrastructure-as-code. Every configuration decision is recorded, version-controlled, and reproducible. Nothing exists only in someone's head or in a vendor's portal.

02

Zero Trust, zero standing access

No account holds permanent privileged access to production. Every administrative action requires just-in-time elevation, is logged, and expires automatically. Standing access is the single biggest identity risk in mid-market estates — it is designed out from the start.

03

Data residency enforced by policy

Data residency is enforced at the Azure Policy layer, not by convention or configuration. A policy violation is a deployment failure — the estate cannot be misconfigured into moving data across the UK border, because the platform won't allow it.

04

Exit ready from day one

On handover you receive the Continuity Codex: complete documentation of the estate, structured so that any competent team — yours or anyone else's — can take it over without Echo 7. You are never dependent on us to operate it. That is contractual, not a courtesy.

What you receive on handover.

The Sovereign Vault is not complete until you can operate it without us. Handover is a defined milestone, not an ongoing process.

  • Infrastructure-as-code repository Full Terraform codebase defining every resource in the estate.
  • Continuity Codex Operational documentation structured for handover, not as a reference for insiders.
  • Runbook library Step-by-step procedures for every routine and recovery operation.
  • Access inventory Full record of every account, role, and permission in the estate.
  • Policy register Every Azure Policy assignment documented with rationale and exception log.
  • Architecture decision records The reasoning behind every significant design choice, available to your successors.

Not a managed service. Not a migration project.

A managed service provider keeps your estate running. A migration project moves your data from one place to another. Neither gives you sovereignty — they give you a different dependency.

The Sovereign Vault is a fixed-fee build that ends with you in full possession of your own estate. Echo 7 does not retain administrative access after handover. We do not have a commercial interest in your continued dependency — quite the opposite. Your ability to walk away is the proof that it worked.

You can leave at any time. That is contractual.

The Vault follows the Index.

The Sovereign Vault is scoped to what the Sovereignty Index™ actually found — not a fixed package sold before we know the problem. The diagnostic produces a prioritised set of findings; the Vault addresses them. You know the fixed fee before committing to either engagement.
